Leslie A. Perrin holds a degree in Communications from Loyola University and a Master’s Degree in Preservation Studies from Tulane University. Leslie was a pioneer in 1999, by spear-heading and identifying the Irish Channel as an up-and-coming, historic and viable neighborhood for real estate acquisitions.  Leslie’s ground-breaking sales in this neighborhood bucked the trend and started a ripple effect, increasing the values of homes.  She has served as a board member with French Quarter Citizens, Foreign Relations Association (WAC), Patio Planters, North Rampart Main Street, & Mary Morrison Lecture Series with VCPORA.  Leslie resides in a restored Creole cottage in the French Quarter.
